God OF War 2 Game Review: God of War 2 is a 3rd person action and adventure video game. It was developed by Santa Monica Studio. It was published by Sony Computer Entertainment. God of War 2 was first released for the PlayStation 2 console on 13th of March 13, 2007. God of War 2 is the 2nd installment in the God of War series, the 6th chronologically, & the sequel to 2005's critically acclaimed God of War. It is loosely based on Greek mythology & is set in Ancient Greece, with vengeance as its central motif. In teh game, the player controls the protagonist name Kratos, the new God of War who killed the former, Ares. The Kratos is betrayed by Zeus, King of the Olympian Gods, who has stripped him of his godhood & kills him. He slowly dragged to the Underworld, and is saved by the Titan Gaia, the one who instructs him to find the Sisters of Fate, who allow him to travel back in time, avert his betrayal, & take revenge on Zeus. At killing Zeus, the Kratos uses the power of the Fates to retrieve the Titans from the past, & leads them in an assault on Mount Olympus.

God OF War 2 GamePlay: The God of War 2 gameplay is very similar to previous installments in the series. The game is a 3rd person single player video game viewed from a fixed camera perspective. Player assumes the character Kratos in combo based combat, platforming, & puzzle elements. In God of War 2, many of the combination attacks used in God of War reappear, & the game features 4 times as many boss fights & improved puzzles than the original. The platforming elements require the player to climb walls, swing on ropes, jump across chasms, & balance across beams to proceed through sections of the game. In God of War 2 , some puzzles are simple, like moving a box so that the player can use it as a jumping off point to access a pathway unreachable with jumping, while others are much complex, like finding several items across different areas of the game to unlock one door.

God OF War 2 Game Soundtrack: The God of War 2's original soundtrack was composed by Gerard K. Marino, Ron Fish,Cris Velasco and Mike Reagan. It was released on CD by Sony Computer Entertainment on 10th of April 10, 2007.
