Primal Fears Game Review: Primal Fears is a top down shooting game with a hellish atmosphere that brings you in a new era of horror. While these days, horror games are on a downslope as they tend to go for a more drama approach. Primal Fears has the unique art style. The gameplay give it potential to be a nice horror title. A chemical known as pharGONe has manufactured by a corporation & it turned the game world into a version of hell. Monsters and Mutants run rampant as you have to fight in order to survive and discover the truth behind the outbreak. It is one of those games that has a story just to set a mood. It does not carry a long drawn out story that rivals Television & Film. It gives the game a nice backdrop so you are not just some guy shooting Mutants but atleast you know why there are mutants. The player can find out what happened to the world & what was going on before the outbreak. This can be done through news pages found throughout the world. The gameplay of Primal Fears is pretty standard for a top down shooter such as this. You control the game character with WASD & aim with the mouse. The controls are simple, easy to used and responsive too. There are variety of weapons are in the game which can be purchase. You can also upgrade and enhance each. Every weapon has a weakness and strength. The story arenas and missions are re-playable, so you are able to play them again at a higher difficulty when you will have better weapons. As you kill more enemies & find more elements, you'll gain money which can be used to purchase anything from rifle upgrades to drones or turrets. There is a score multiplier that increases & decreases with kills and deaths respectively. You will find that there are many different enemies. You will experiencing with different weapon combinations to complete the level.
