No One Lives Forever 2 A Spy in H.A.R.M.'s Way Game Review: A Spy in H.A.R.M.'s Way is abbreviated as NOLF2. It is a computer game which has been developed by Monolith Productions. The game was published by Sierra Entertainment. A Spy in H.A.R.M.'s Way was released on 30th of September, 2002. It is the 2nd game in the "No One Lives Forever" series. A sequel to "The Operative: No One Lives Forever" of the year 2000. The game story follows super spy Cate Archer as she once again takes up arms against the International Criminal Organization "H.A.R.M". This 2nd game features even more exotic locales, like a ninja village, a secret submarine base, & a trailer park in Ohio during a tornado. A new range of outlandish gadgets & weapons are also introduced, which includes a blowtorch disguised as a can of hair spray & a robotic bomb disguised as an adorable kitten. In the year 2003, an interquel to the game, entitled "Contract J.A.C.K." was released.
No One Lives Forever2: A Spy in H.A.R.M.'s Way GamePlay: In the beginning of the game, missions can be completed by pure action, which can be done by using pure stealth, gadgets, or a combination of all methods. The missions are more open ended in many cases. While the original game contained several missions. Each mission requires the player not to be detected or to avoid setting off alarms, the sequel contained a few objectives that required complete stealth. It means that the player should not set off any alarms while in the proximity of a certain objective. To counter this, NOLF2 utilizes re-spawning enemies more often than the original to spur on the player to complete the missions in a clandestine manner. No One Lives Forever 2: A Spy in H.A.R.M.'s Way has received critical acclaim upon its release with an Aggregate score of 90.67% on GameRankings. It received 91/100 on Metacritic. The game also won several awards, including "Game of the Year" from Gamespy. No One Lives Forever 2 also received a nomination for the prestigious "Excellence in Writing Game Developers Choice Award".
