Extract [BAGAS31] PESEdit 2013 Ultimate V2.rar and [BAGAS31] Ultimate Update PESEdit 2013 V2.rar with WinRAR. 
Delete all files in the folder PES 2013 you, except img folder. 
Run Installer.exe in the folder [BAGAS31] PESEdit 2013 Ultimate V2. 
When asked to choose a folder for the installation, select where you installed PES 2013. 
If completed, run Fix.exe in the folder [BAGAS31] Update PESEdit 2013 Ultimate V2. 
When asked to choose a folder for the installation, select:
