Kentucky Route Zero PC Game Review: Kentucky Route Zero 2013 is an indie episode based point and click adventure PC game, created while launched by Cardboard Computer (run by Tamas Kemenczy and Jake Elliott and). To collect funds for KRZ 2013, the project was initially announced on donation site Kickstarter to reach a target of six-thousand United States dollars and when the gathered funds were counted they were found to exceed eight-thousand dollars. It went into developmental phase and launched a game trailer in October, last year. The game would be divided into 5 (Acts), following the story of a trucker called Conway and different people he meets along his way as he attempts to cross over the imaginary Route Zero to deliver some goods for the furniture company he has been hired for. The 1st Act was launched in January 7, this year and is available on the developer's website and also on the Steam. It is also possible to purchase all 5 acts as a single package.
Kentucky Route Zero Game Story: Conway (a trucker), who has been hired as a delivery man for an antique furniture shop owned by a lady called Lysette. Now he has to deliver to Five Dogwood Drive, for which he travels the roads of Kentucky along with his dog (called Homer, Blue, or not named in any way) to locate the delivery address. After looking around for many hours, Conway accepts that he is lost and stops off by a ragged-looking, pitch-dark gas station called(Equus Oils). Where Conway gets to meet an old man called Joseph, who owns that gas station. Joseph tells Conway that there is only one way to reach Dogwood Drive and that is opting for the mysterious road called (Route Zero) and then asks him to get the circuit breaker fixed in order to restore power in the gas station and use the computer to find the directions. To complete this task he goes below the station where meets 3 people playing a mysterious game, but they ignore him totally.
Kentucky Route GamePlay: Kentucky Route Zero game is a point and click adventure title. The game features text dialogue instead of voice-based audio. We do not have to solve any challenges and puzzles, as the primary focus of the Route Zero is on the environment and storytelling. The gamer controls the trucker and clicks on the game-screen to either drag him to another point, or interact with other in-game characters and stuff. The gamer also has the choice to choose the dialogue the trucker mouths when talking with an in-game character. After completely scouting a region, Conway can get in his delivery truck to go to another point. A map is displayed when we are moving on the road, and then the gamer must then navigate their truck icon to the destination they wish to reach, most points where the Conway has been tasked to go.
