The game has been published by Bethesda Softworks and 2K games. It is the fourth game in The Elder Scroll action video game series. The game was initially released in the month of March, 2006 for Microsoft Windows and Xbox 360. A PlayStation 3 version of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion has been launched in March/2007.
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion GamePlay: The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is a fantastic game,released with great efforts made by the developers. In the game tha game player is free o ignore or postpone the main quest of game. Instead of this he is able to explore the expansive world, that is in the game. The player is able to play side quests, dispatch monsters, interact with NPCs, develop their character. He can also travel anywhere at any time in the realm of Cyrodiil while playing the game. The game play includes a mode called Fast Travel, in which a small icon appears on world map of game and player is than able to visit a new location by selecting from a map.In the beginning tha player has to select anthromorphic races, each race has different natural abilities. Character's appearance can be customized. A the player completes a level, his major skills are improved by gaining 10 points. It improves the player's attributes such as endurance and speed. Magic skills are used to deboliate or injure enemies, it helps to fight the summon monster. It also help to heal the injuries and wounds of the player. Whereas Stealth skills helps the player to crack locks, apply cunning in combat, use speech to manipulate people and haggle for goods. The weapons, spells and other tools that player required to use can be purchased from shops, or stolen from NPCs.
