Order OF War 2009 Game's Story: In the summer of 1944 the WWII entered its last phase when the Allies launched two major attacks that would repel the German forces on both the Eastern and Western Fronts simultaneously. Order of War consist of two campaigns one American and the other German. Order of War enables players to command American forces to victory on the western front and to lead the German forces destined with repelling the Russian Army’s offensive in the east wing.
Order OF War 2009 GamePlay: Order of War features detailed graphics and a historically significant plot. The main objective of the game that dintinguish it from other strategy games is that it offers a sweeping scale of battlefield landscapes featuring company level engagements. Players take can control multiple unit types including ground forces, artillery units, tank divisions and aircraft formations in strategic assaults based on key historical missions and operations from 1944. Order of War is a Real Time Strategy game without the need for players to maintain conventional base building or resource collection tasks. Like the RELIC's Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War series or the later "Company of Heroes" Order of War grants players with reinforcement score points with time for taking over command points that are spread out all over the map. The utilization of these score points is more like in World in Conflict and Blitzkrieg.
Order OF War 2009 Game's Ratings: The game has received a mixed reception from games website Metacritic score of 69 out of 100 based on various critical reviews.
