Ice Age Continental Drift Game Review: Ice Age Continental Drift 2012, also called globally as Ice Age 4, is a 2012 US 3D-animated comedy filled motion picture directed by Mike Thurmeier and Steve Martino. The concept was given by Michael Berg and Jason Fuchs, and has the voices of famous actors namely Jennifer Lopez, Denis Leary, Ray Romano, Wanda Sykes, John Leguizamo and Queen Latifah. Ice Age Village is a cell-phone game, created by Gameloft, and was launched in April, 2012 for iPad, iPhone platforms and various Android based devices. Ice Age Continental Drift (Arctic Games), a title based on the animated film, created by Behaviour Interactive while launched by Activision Publishing, and was released in July, 2012 for Kinect for Xbox 360Nintendo DS, Nintendo 3DS and Wii.
Ice Age Continental Drift Game Story: In order to bury his acorn, Scrat unintentionally bring about the breakup of Pangaea. Meanwhile Ellie and Manny have to deal with the issues of their daughter Peaches, who is now a teenager with a wish to fit in with her peers. Ellie is calm about this, but Manny behave inappropriately and acts with over-protection. Louis is a mole hog who is Peaches’ only friend, he attempts to save her as she tries to approach Ethan(a mammoth) on whom she has a crush. Sid's family comes back, but only long enough to drop off the elderly Granny before leaving them both alone again. When Manny finds Peaches sneaking off to meet Ethan, they break into an argument and then fallout. Later on a continental break-up isolates Manny from this herd. Stuck on a moving platform made of ice along with Diego and Sid, they have no other way but to ride out along the current. During this time a giant land plate shift encroaches on Peaches and those remaining behind on the land along with Ellie, forcing them to make their way towards the land bridge. Now in the open sea, violent waves push Manny and those accompanying him further away from mainland while Scrat, gets in a side adventure, discovers an acorn with a treasure map engraved on it that guides him towards an island.
